ATV Puerto Rico

Came with my family and had so much fun! All the guides we encountered were so nice. They truly care if you have a good experience or not. They were super helpful. If you’re doing the ATV/UTV tour, bring water shoes and a bathing suit under your clothes because half way through you stop at a river and swim in the water. There’s a gift shop you can purchase goggles, bandanas and sunglasses when you first enter the park but you could bring your own to save time and money. You’ll be riding through dirt roads and the dust gets in your eyes and face so make sure you cover up. We loved the place so much we came back the next day to ride the go karts and race. They also have horseback riding.

We did the 2 hour long ATV excursion. It was a lot of fun! I would say the terrain is beginner to medium level. The path is wide enough so if you don’t want to go through puddles of mud and pot holes you can lean more towards the side to try to avoid it. But it’s definitely more fun the rockier the ride. Our tour guide was August and he was very friendly and knowledgeable with rainforest facts. Another group including our group arrived a little late for our scheduled time but they were so so friendly about it and accommodated us. It was my first time riding an ATV so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I loved it! Towards the end of our ride we stopped at a place on the trail where they sell snacks and refreshers. My husband and I had a smoothie in a coconut and it was really good. They were so refreshing and not overly sweet. I will say, mud does kick up on your legs and shoes. I highly encourage to wear goggles or sunglasses because the dry dirt does kick up.
