Guest Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled excursion to avoid charges or penalties. Guests that are no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur charge in full. Weather Cancellations– If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather you will not be charged. All determinations about weather cancellations are made by our staff. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics the weather is often locally specific, so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the excursion goes out. If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather conditions we will call to notify you as soon as possible, however please note that due to the sometimes unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, on rare occasions cancellations may be done the same day. Rescheduling of any reservations must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled excursion and is based on availability to avoid charges or penalties. The same 24 hour cancellation policy will apply to all rescheduled reservations. An additional cost of $25.00 per person will applied for all reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled tour. “No shows” or late arrivals will be charged in full on day of scheduled excursion. Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled excursion will be charged in full if guest does not show up, or for any members of your party that are missing. The same rescheduling policy applies.
